- Pregnancy SupportYour pregnancy can create a lot of emotions and questions. Our professional team is ready to assist you with counseling, finding prenatal care, helping with insurance issues, offering resource referrals, and more.

- Family PreservationWe assist and support “at risk” families through strength-based, solution-focused services. By reducing risks, resolving differences, and improving interactions, families learn essential skills to incorporate into the home and help them flourish.

- God's KitchenWe serve a noontime hot meal in the Heartside Neighborhood of Grand Rapids. Guests are welcomed on a walk-in basis with no questions and no qualifiers.
- St. Gianna's No Cost Baby BoutiqueLocated in Grand Rapids and Muskegon, our no cost baby and toddler boutiques offer a wide selection of free items and free safety classes to enhance infant and toddler care, along with in-home pregnancy counseling services, parent support groups, and other resources.
- Senior ServicesWe offer opportunities for seniors in our community to get connected with community and to give back in service to those in need.
- AmeriCorps SeniorWe sponsor the Foster Grandparent and Senior Companion Programs of AmeriCorps Seniors offering seniors a chance to meet critical needs of our community through volunteer service.
- One Township at a TimeOur One Township at a Time project aims to combat social isolation and loneliness by bringing residents together, building strong social and support networks in local communities.

- Holy SmokesOur Holy Smokes BBQ Competition in downtown Muskegon offers a community gathering to taste and vote from local restaurants. All proceeds go toward St. Gianna’s No Cost Baby Boutique in Muskegon.
- Top Off the TruckOur “Top Off the Truck” diaper donation event collects diapers for families in need at St. Gianna’s No Cost Baby Boutique in Grand Rapids.
- Raising HopeCatholic Charities West Michigan provides help and creates hope for more than 20,000 individuals each year. Raising Hope raises funds to support over 50 social service programs provided by CCWM.
